for all its customers. With every appraisal, Metro Appraisal:
- Appraisers immediately contact the owner or shop
- Provides inspection within 24 hours
- Sends a contact letter if contact is not made within 24 hours
- Provides a detailed summary report on EVERY appraisal along with current
NADA value
- Utilizes LKQ and A/M parts, where applicable, when a savings can be realized
- Provides digital photos with EVERY appraisal
- Appraisers immediately available via cell phone
- Will consider replacement allowances only when parts cannot be economically
or properly repaired
- Will move salvage, if requested
- Provides itemized (prior unrelated damage) estimate on every total loss
- Assures ALL supplements are re-inspected with photos included
- Sends completed appraisals electronically via the Internet
- Offers customized bulk billing (monthly or semi-monthly)
- Maintains a quality control program which includes field reviews and
daily desk reviews of every appraiser
